Wingers have big responsibilities inside their own zone. Step One is getting the puck out of your zone. Step Two is having fun in the other teams end. Finally I had time to do a Forwards Podcast. There will be more of course and as promised, Videos too. Check the last video to see a big goal from a winger In-Action. Speed and a good shot are the forwards best weapons against size. Most defense are Big and Powerful but not always as quick. Girl's Power against the #1 Team.

Tips for Forwards are coming. In the meantime, here is a forward doing her job against the #1 team, who were mostly twice her size. The forwards have to use the advantage of speed over size. So crash the net, and try to face your teammate, to see the pass better when you set-up for your shot on net. Also, Golden Congrats to Jennifer Heil !!! These tips are incredible. I talk about hockey just about everyday, and these tips are the best I have heard to date. You must hear these tips if your serious about Goaltending. I had to break this down into 5 sections, two of which are here in part 1. Hats of to our Canadian Women’s hockey team, and Hats off to all Girls and Women in Hockey Today. My Daughter Kallie is thrilled that her Heros came shining through. Emilie (in the Picture with Kallie) and Kim St.Pierre came to encourge and help our girls program recently, so I will have some tribute photos here.
